 Muscled neck bobs in the form of a nod after hearing her words. The two certainly had some qualities in common. Never before had he found a femme who had a mischievous side. This one was different, she was special in some way, and if she would take him then he would treat her like the queen she was to him.

He walked up close to her and whispered something that only she could hear

"Firelight, I know we just met and with all the other qualified stallions here you have a lot on your back, like I said before. But I want to tell you that I like you, I've never met anyone else like you, and if you will have me then I would like to be mates. You don't have to answer me now if you don't want to but I wanted to let you know how I felt inside."

One ear tilts towards the other steed to take-in what his input was. An invisible eyebrow was raised. Ususally one would brag about the ones who put up good battles and not the ones who ran away. Sure plenty had been afraid of him but he would rather tell about the battles that he was proud about and not the ones where a stronger steed, like himself, bullied a smaller one to run away. No memories came to mind of any other smaller equine that he had ever bullied.
