Subject: What do you have for breakfast?

Here's what works for me:

6 oz. Special K in blue box
6 oz. 2% milk
1/2 tsp. Altern (generic splenda)
2 slices of bread with only 7 grams of carbs each
2 slices of turkey bacon
1 small omelet from Better-than-eggs product

In this way I can skip my morning snack because this holds me till lunch.

Sounds yummy. I never was a breakfast eater & it was (still is) hard for me to eat in the morning.
I usually have an egg beaters (omelet or scrambled), wheat toast & a pot of coffee. If I have an omelet I add onions & bell peppers, no cheese tho.

I was never a breakfast eater, either. So that has been a struggle for me. Onions are great to add, too.

I have my bowl of cheerios! With 2% milk and a cup of tea.
That holds me until lunch. It has helped get my cholesterol way down!
