When does he last eat and what? Does he have an evening snack after dinner?

My dad has found that his numbers go up if he eats saltine crackers. One of his favorite snacks is saltines with p-nut butter or just saltines and milk.

Don't forget--those carbs turn into sugar!

Dh does have a snack after dinner. USUALLY something sugar free, like SF pudding with Cool Whip or SF Jello.
Occasionally wheat crackers with cheese but not often.
I am beginning to think that it is inactivity. He hasn't worked much because of the rain. The diet is the same but the level of activity has dropped. He is eating the same as when he works all day & I am going to have to change that. Anyone know how to get a husband to sweep & mop? hehehe
