Subject: Baked Apples

Fast & easy & Oh So Yummy!

Baked Apples

Ingredients
5 apples
5 cinnamon sticks
1/2 cup Splenda

Preparation
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
2. Cut the apple tops and take out seeds with knife or spoon.
3. Add cinnamon sticks, fill the apples up with Splenda and place tops back on.
4. Put apples in the oven and cook until brown for 30 minutes to an hour (depending on the size of the apples).
5. Try pears for a different taste.

Oh, you found my weakness! I love the "fried apples" or whatever they are called at Cracker Barrel. This will be a great dessert for me here at home. Thank you!! (Hitting my forehead and saying ,"why didn't I think of that!!") LOL!

Don't know if you guys acan have this
But I love a couple spoons of vanilla
yogurt on baked apples
