Subject: Just poppin in for a sec..... (recipe too)

Morning All! Have a busy day today. Yard is 75% in shape & am trying to finish up before the storms they are calling for hit tonight.

DH #'s are kinda wacky this week. We are racking our brain trying to figure out why. The only thing we have eaten different is cabbage. Can't find anything online about it raising sugar. I am leaning towards stress. Work is hectic & there are not enough hours in the day to get it all done so he worries about it.

Here is a recipe for all to try.
You can use any flavors of Pudding & Jello that you think will go good together. I am going to make it again with orange jello & cream cheese pudding. I couldn't find no sugar added fruit in my small town so I used the fruit in "lite" syrup, drained & rinsed.

FLUFF

Ingredients

16 ounces Sugar-Free Cool Whip, thawed
1 (1 ounce) package fat-free sugar-free instant vanilla pudding
1 small package sugar-free raspberry gelatin
1 (20 ounce) can no-sugar-added pineapple
1 (16 ounce) can no-sugar-added fruit cocktail
1 (16 ounce) can no-sugar-added mandarin orange

Directions

Drain all fruit.

Mix jello (dry) and pudding (dry) into thawed cool whip.

Gently fold drained fruit into cool whip mixture.

Chill.

This makes alot & was a big hit at the weekly Domino Game.
