Subject: Mexican dinner

I had a seafood dinner last night at a Mexican Rest.
Very diet friendly. It was great--all cooked on the grill--scallops, fish filets, and shrimp, mixed with onions, green pepper, cauliflower, and green beans. I loved it! It was served with soft tacos but I didn't eat them. As it was there was too much other stuff. I also was served the beans, rice, lettuce with sour cream and there was something else but can't remember--I ate mostly the grilled stuff. So very diet friendly. Just watch what you eat when your out.
My hubby is always telling me it is just moderation, moderation.
