Subject: I've been busy (dessert recipe too)

Haven't had time to post anywhere the last few days. Have been sewing & mowing & cleaning like there is no tomorrow. DH did fire up the smoker yesterday. Smoked a meatloaf, 2 whole chickens (stuffed with apple & onion) & some filet mignon (spelling?).
Tonight I made a salad & chopped the smoked chicken on top & served with whole grain Bretons crackers. YUM!!!!

Recipe for today is light & tasty.

Banana Split Cake

1 Angel Food cake (split in half)
2 bananas, sliced
2 sm. sugar free instant pudding (fixed to serve)

Place half of the cake in the bottom of a large bowl. Arrange bananas on top of cake, pour 1 pre-fixed pudding over that. Put the other half of cake on top and pour remaining pudding over cake. Chill and serve w /Cool-Whip (SF) & a drizzle of chocolate syrup.
