I had trouble sleeping last night too. It was like I couldn't turn my brain off. I tossed and turned yet really tired. Didn't think to test my BS.
I have used the brown sugar splenda in cookies. Cookies could be my downfall. I love them. I always keep a pack of sugar free ones here--for when the cookie monster in me appears. LOL
I often just replace the sugar in recipes with splenda. My hubby says he can't taste the difference but sometimes the texture is different. My favorite cookie recipe is an oatmeal one. It usually has raisins in it but --you know the story!!!
