pills yes Shots yes___diet not too great

7. What medications do you take for Diabetes? Lantus insulin, Humolog insulin, Prandin

8. Any family diabetics as well? sister, aunts and uncles on Mom and Dad side

9. What testing meter do you use?_Accucheck Aviva

10. Do you recieve other help besides MD? (ex. dietician, diabetes educator, endocrinologist) NO

11. What will make this board best for you? Tips on diet and recipes, help with high BG levels..fun and friends!!!

Live in NY with Hubby who is a BIG sweet eater.
I have alot of trouble with control. Waiting for insurance to approve Prandin again, I did real good with it but new insurance. I am a christian and do believe in the Power of Prayer. If you would rather not have this mentioned email me please. I do have many other health issues, Asthma, Fibromyalgia, osteoarthritis, Degenerative disc disease, depression, ear and balance problems, IBS.

10. Do you recieve other help besides MD? (ex. dietician, diabetes educator, endocrinologist) No, I am suppose to go to a dietitican, but live in a small rural area, and nearest one is over 100 miles away.

11. What will make this board best for you?_____sharing our struggles, sharing receipes, and friendship._______
