Just discovered this site from craft sayings
and even though not diabetic or on meds
I have a related problem....
Not being able to have carbohydrates
except for a trace without gaining a LOT of weight.
It is an insulin problem also.
I could really use some support about foods
and maybe exercise ....The exercise is hard
with joints that hurt and I need to lose
well over 100# ...not telling how much over....hehe
I need to live very much the same as a diabetic.
I would like to be part of the group if it is ok
with everyone.
I think I recognize LaDonna from a board
or two we both frequent......lol
Let me know and I will fill out your questionaire

That would be great ...cause trying to figure out what to eat takes up lots of time every single day
I'm sorta having a hard time figuring out is I am
adding a relpy in the right place.
