Subject: Sugar Free Banana Pudding Cake....well almost.

I am becoming an expert on tweaking recipes. Here is my version of banana pudding cake.

1 SF Angel Food cake (slice into 3 layers)
2 bananas, sliced
***2 sm. sugar free instant banana pudding ***
1 container sugar free Cool Whip
Chocolate syrup
*Note* Use skim or 2% milk to make pudding

Place 1/3 of the cake in the bottom of a large bowl or on a plate. Arrange bananas on top of cake, pour 1 prepared pudding over that. Put 1/3 of cake on top then bananas and pour remaining pudding over cake. Place last layer on top. Chill for 45 min. Frost cake with Cool Whip. Just before serving drizzle chocolate syrup over cake. Must be refrigerated.

***I had quite a bit of pudding left over. I will try it with 1 small box next time.***

Now if you want to make it a banana split cake add some SF pineappple topping & SF strawberry topping between the layers. YUM!!!
