Hi Wendy! I'm here and check a lot, but I'm not diabetic, so I'm not sure what kinds of recipes to post. Someone wanted WW recipes a while back, so that's why I posted the 2 Ingredient Cakes.
I go to Taste of Home forums daily and have noticed there is a group called the Diabetic Connection with a link to diabetic recipes on the forum. I thought there might be some recipes there for this group. Here's the link. Hope you all find something you can use. Maybe post them here if you try something or want to try it.

Here's the link to the diabetic recipes at Taste of Home forums. The very 1st recipe for "Dreamsicle Mousse" sounds so good! Be sure to look for it!
