Dont know if you read my post but my mother spanks me and I'm 20. Luckilly when I am spanked its in private and given the fact that my mother has spanked me as long as I can remember, being bare in front of her is not really a big deal anymore. What did you do wrong? For me it happens regularly at 20 but even so I find it hard to imagine it ever happening that far in the future.

I hate to talk about this but it's been borthering me fow a few years.I just need to know how common it is.

I'm growing up 3 sons - 12, 15, and 17. They all are spanked by me still for big transgressions. The oldest considers that he is too old for spanking, however, if he did something really bad, his hairy butt would be red and sore the same as his younger brothers.

Every so often when you are older as a teen they help remind you who is the boss and that you can still get your bottom tanned so long as you are living in their house.

My mom disciplined me and my two younger brothers until we were well into our teens. When I left home to move into an apartment, I was 19, but remember that mom would still come up to make sure that I had remembered to take out the trash, clean the stairs when it was my turn or just to get enough fruit and veg, (not just burgers!). She still punished me when it was needed on her weekly visits and spoke to my neighbours to find out if I was causing any problems or being polite to them. If she was told that they were unhappy with my behaviour or were cheeky to them, (which did happen quite a lot), she would sit me down and talk to me about the problem of living away from home and being responsible. She would explain that she did not expect me to behave well all the time and that she was still there to guide me in that first year away from home. I knew that mom would still spank me if she was not happy with what she was hearing from my neighbours and that happened quite alot in the first year. After getting a sore bottom I was expected to apologise to my neighbour for what I had said or done. I did eventually learn how to behave away from home but it only happened slowly and after lots of scoldings and many a good spanking across my mom's knee. I knew she was doing it for the best reasons and it helped me to grow up and become a little more independant. Not all teenagers may need discipline like I did but my mom knew that raising three boys on her own was no easy task.

I got my last spanking at home when I was 18 years old. I had stayed out until midnight one night with some friends and when I got home, my mom was really mad at me. She made me go to my room and came in a couple of minutes later carrying the wooden paddle she used to spank me. I had to bend over my bed and got 5 swats over my shorts. It hurt too. My mom spanked hard and would always wait a few seconds between swats. I was crying by the 3rd swat, and my bottom was still sore the next morning. Still, I knew I deserved it, since staying out late was not a safe thing to do.

I don't think there is anything wrong with parents spanking their kids until they leave home, if they feel like they need it. Of course sometimes older kids will ask to be spanked instead of some other punishment. I would frequently ask my mom to paddle me instead of being grounded. I knew it was going to hurt, but I knew that once the spanking was over, the slate was wiped clean.

I'm 18 and a freshman at a local college. Both my sister Karen (age 14) and I live with our grandmother cuz both of our parents sadly passed away. Grandma's a big believer in bare bottom spanking and has always spanked us both. However, I always thought that I'd stop getting spanked when I turned 18. Boy was I WRONG!

I turned 18 on August 2nd. About a week later, my sister, and three of our cousins (Heather, Irene and Nancy), and myself, all had a little pool party in our backyard. After awhile I guess we became more than a bit noisy and wild, with a lot of loud giggling. Grandma had already told us to calm. While the other girls did calm down a bit, I guess that I thought that since I'm now 18, I could do as I pleased. Grandma wasn't talking to me.

When a bit later I let out a few loud giggles, grandma came down off the back porch and over to the pool. She came over to me and specifically warned me to "cut it out or I'll spank you". Grandma punctuated this verbal warning by also giving me a hard swat on the seat of my 2-piece swimsuit!

Embarrassed by the threat and the swat, I yelled out "I'm too big to be spanked", to which grandma replied "Keep it up and you'll see". One thing led to another, well lets just say that in the next few minutes I gave grandma more backtalk than I have given her in the past few years.

Grandma pulled me out of the pool just as she would a 5 year old and marched me across our backyard towards the steps leading to the basement, all the while walking behind me and smacking the seat of my swimsuit as we walked.

Once downstairs, grandma slammed the basement door closed, and then wasted no time leading me over to our basement sofa, where she sat herself down and hurled me across her lap. She then peeled down my swimsuit bottom, and proceeded to give me a long and very vigorous hand-spanking!!! Grandma also made it quite clear that she would also not hesitate to use the hairbrush, if she felt that I needed it!

Once I regained my composure I was allow to go back outside, but not back in the pool. Once back outside, any attempts on my part to pretend to the other girls that I didn't get spanked, were completely overturned by the fact that grandma had done such a thorough job of spanking every inch of my tush that the other girls could very clearly see the bare skin of the lowest part of my tush which was not covered by the bottom of my swimsuit (especially as my swimsuit started to ride-up higher) which clearly gave away the fact that my tush was as "red" as a tomato!!!

So, this is one college woman who still has to obey he grandmother's rules or she will get SPANKED!!!

First off, I'm very sorry to hear about your parents. . Raising two granddaughters one in high school and the other in college must be quite a handful, but it sounds like your grandmother has things well in hand
Good for your grandmother for wasting no time in showing you that you are not too big to get spanked! If you act like a little child, then he should indeed treat you like one! As long as you live in her house, you have to follow her rules. If she tells you to stop yelling or giggling loudly, and you do not stop doing so, she has every right to administer a sound spanking!

By your added comments, am I correct in also assuming that afterwards you tried to pretend to the other girls that your grandmother didn't spank you? Perhaps by telling the other girls a little fib that you only received a good talking to? But since your bathing suit did not cover the whole spanked area, the fact that the girls could clearly see part of your "red bottom" completely blew your fib? Be honest!!!

No, I couldn't really pretend that I didn't get spanked cuz the other girls had already seen grandma repeatedly smacking the seat of my swimsuit as she marched me across our backyard and down the basement steps, plus by the way in which she slammed the basement door closed.
