Hi Andrew, It's great to hear from you! I hope all is well with you and yours. I miss your Living Love web page as do many others, I'm sure. I guess it's futile wishing life didn't give us so many opportunities to work on ourselves. ;-) But I still keep wishing. Slow learner.Ha! I do the Methods and Pathways more often now as I am trying to lower my high blood pressure without meds. And trying diet change too. I haven't got around to the exercice part yet. ;-) But if I can't do it then the meds. I do find that saying the L.L. Catalyst "All Ways Us Living Love" in conjunction with the in and out breath to be very calmimg. I will have to hook myself up to a blood pressure device to see if there are objective results. But I did cure myself of ulcers with the Pathways when I was a teenager almost forty years ago.So, it may just work! Well, Andrew, I hope to hear more from you. Bless You. AWULL ~ Bob
