Subject: Upcoming FMS fundraisers

Our first event will be our first ever Relay for Hope event. It will be very similar to the American Cancer Society’s Relay for Life (http://www.relayforlife.org/relay/) but will not be an all night event. We will however have tons of fun booths, contests and entertainment to enjoy.

Our first planning committee meeting will be held Saturday, February, 19th @ noon at the
Lake Villa Public Library.

Our second project will be our 2nd annual Miss Hope fundraiser pageant and FMS awareness day celebration. This year it will be held on May 21st at the Grayslake State Bank of the Lakes meeting room.

For those who missed last year we had a 50’s theme ice cream social sock hop complete with an Elvis impersonator. We were also joined by the T.V. news station TMJ4 and had such a wonderful time. This year we are planning a fun 80’s theme event. As soon as more details are available I will be sure to post them and hope you and your family can join us!
