Subject: ABP Summer Splash pageant

Ok Ladies, just wanted to give everyone an update.
I spoke to the IL State Beach today and they informed me as for camping they only have 200 spots so if you want to reserve a spot you must call Debbie at: 847-662-4811.
She will be in Thursday after 9:00a.m. and the spots are $20.00 a night.

I was also told that the beach is a public open beach so we should have no trouble holding our pageant there HOWEVER I will need to speak to Debbie as well on Thursday to confirm how we will be able to rope off our spot. The camp grounds are only a short walk from the beach.

We need to confirm a date. I have had 2 people email needing a Sunday pageant. Would everyone like to hold our party/camp out the 24th and the pageant around 10 on the 25th?

Or stick to our original plan of a pageant around 5:00p.m. on the 24th with a party to follow and sleepover if you wish?

Lastly we need to vote on the areas of competition.
1: swimwear and natural photo
2: swimwear, sundress and natural photo
*I will provide a place to change if needed.

The cost will be about $40.00 and everyone will get a nice large themed crown.
