Ryann, my oldest son defends his sister. A few weeks ago, he told a friend of his to leave when he said something bad about gays. This kid is growing up in a bigoted family, but my son said, not to say that around him.

No one should be raised as a bigot in this day, but he is. My son said that he can't be friends who are bigoted. And that boy was one of his bed friend.

I'm glad my son did that, but what else is my son thinking...I don't know.
