To answer your question, the short answer at least is no. He cant go to school as a girl. Right now I just don't have the resources or the connections to be able to do this in any other way. We have come to a compromise, though. We are shopping for clothes in the juniors department that are as unisex as possible and most likely be acceptable to his peer group and the school. It's not like he was ever expected to be on the football, or boxing team, or anything like that. He plays a clarinet in the school band and his classes reflect more liberal arts than not. When at home or especially when we go away for shopping or just an outing is a different story. That's all I can tell you for right now. I really don't know what's down the road from this.
Linda
