The "sissy" thing just reminded me back when my child was living as a boy and some boys in the neighborhood called him a sissy. He asked me what that ment ( He was five ) and I told him that means "Sister Boy". Much more than just a boy. Anybody can do that. That seemed to satisfy him for the time. His dad thought we should get him into a martial arts class for pre k and K kids and we picked the one that had mostly girls. It worked very well. He also got me into a women's self defense class in case something should happen to him. It did. We lost him in Afghanistan a couple years later. We both miss him terribly. He now has a beautiful teen age daughter who is "Almost complete", if you know what I mean. That wasn't my choice, but hers and guess what? Neither of us regret it.
