Leah: I strongly wish you get hold of a new book "Becoming Nicole" by Amy Ellis Nutt. It's an awesome story about the trials parents had educating their children in a parallel case. You also could just Google "Wayne and Kelly Maines",/Awards / Videos. Good way to meet the family. Also check out Jazz Jennings. The Mainses and the Jennings families are examples of true courage. I haven't done it that way. My daughter goes to high school in total stealth. We had to jump through a lot of really flaming hoops to be able to do this, but it's been truly worth it. Hopefully in about a year, or two, if we have our way, she'll be able to start her junior year as a total female even in the locker room.
