Tracy, your sentiments work both ways. Many women view any sort of gender variance in a man as a source of suspicion, e.g., if he isn't a "man's man" he must be hiding a secret gay life and infidelity. My marriage failed for that very reason. As if wearing a negligee and stockings once or twice a month around the house created the "other woman" in my own marriage.

I remember an episode of the old Sally Jesse Raphael show back in the 80s. Three happily married couples, where the husband crossdressed for an occasional event or for fun, were interviewed. The wives were quite supportive, but most of the women in the audience were not. Many took personal offense and were belligerent.

It is interesting to read stories and experiences about boys who enjoy women's clothing and acting girlish. The word "caught" almost always appears the first time their mothers or others find out. "Caught" doing what, I wonder.

You are doing the right thing for your new daughters so keep up the good work. You will find a similar-minded man if you want, we are indeed out there.
