Thanks. Things are a bit better than they were in the last ten years. Twenty-five years ago was not so long ago when I first started school. My father died when I was seventeen after the first year I was at university and I've not seen my mother since then. It's bad enough to have the world come down on you but when your own family does it too it leaves a hole in you that can't be filled.
