It sounds like that may be coming, but actually how soon may be a different story. I've read about 3-D printing may be able to make real body components, but there are still many questions to be answered. You know that there is still the spectre of rejection which must to be addressed. I know this would be wonderful if these kids could be made totally functional in their desired form and in the future that may even be possible. Right now though, we are just looking at SRS for my Stephanie just in the present state of the art. It's been best that we started early in pre puberty and my child was also naturally pretty in the first place. At this time it's good to be where we are now.
