Hi Karen. You gave your sons a wonderful developmental and growth experience. Kudos and thanks for sharing.

Did they enjoy it? They proved they did, by behaving better in a dress than in boys' clothes. They were enjoying the moment and didn't want to earn your disapproval, and thus risk ending it.

Hopefully they will get some legwear and shoes to complement their Easter dresses. They will love it, trust me.

You didn't mention hair, nails, or makeup. Any thoughts? Dress-up wigs for girls are available at places like wigs.com. I speak from personal experience, it's worth looking into.

I love the fact that you gave them dolls. Hopefully your next shopping trip will be to an American Girl store.

You are doing the right thing, so please keep up the good work, and don't hesitate to come back here if you need some support, as you will find friends here.
