Subject: I want to first apologize for the confusion at rehersal

I am terribly soory for any inconvience and disarray that rehersal seemed to be last night.

The Person who was suppose to assist with the Sound never showed up to help with sound and Lighting. As many of you know I was there by 5pm and I had to tear apart the stage area.

Bleachers were up, Piano, Music Stands Ladders and all kinds of things were left on the stage. It took us 20 minutes just to get it all cleared away.

When the music man came he had no way of getting into the room above to turn on power for the mixcs and other neccessary sound equipment.

It will be taken care of by Monday Night! Dale Kriner our Festival Chair is suppose top handle it today with the school.

Otherwise I think the Girls all did terrificand I cn not wait for the big night!
