Flo, bei der Verwendung von Creme wird in der Regel das Ergebnis nicht verfälscht. Du darfst natürlich nicht die Spitze dick mit Penatencreme oder so einschmieren.
Du brauchst nur ganz vorne ein wenig Creme auf die Messspitze schmieren. Wenn das Thermometer dann am Poloch angesetzt und langsam eingeführt wird, überzieht sich die Thermometerspitze beim Eindringen in das Poloch mit einer dünnen Schicht. Diese Schicht ist so dünn, das sie die Messung nicht stört und das Fieberthermometer trotzdem den richtigen Wert anzeigt.
