Dear Barry,
Looking around on the Net for possibilities for an E.I. I came across this forum that I remember having read about in a previous Enlightenment Newsletter, but forgot all about it. I am not terribly familiar with forums. Has there been no response to your invitation before as it seems to my inexperienced perception?
Anyway, there is one question that has been intriguing me: it seems that in most cases, after a flash experience one comes up with a formula to describe what happened, like "I knew who I was". It seems to me that these "formula"'s usually are considered merely as expressions or proof that something has happened, while in fact the formula may contain actual information about the real nature of what had been realized, but this seems mostly not given attention. My guess is that often there is more available to be remembered than just the formula, and it may shed light on the precise nature of the specific realization that had taken place. While the state that one had been in for a moment is the same for every experience, the realizations may be different, and it might be worthwile to see what kinds there are, or individually, to clarify what had been experienced.
Bye,
Ruben
