Actually, I see your point. And it would probably be mine if I didn't know the whole story.
I found the "other" board because a friend of mine showed me their posts about how horrible Leif Skodnick performs at work.
I disagreed with that. I also don't agree with lots of commonly held opinions, like that Munce should have played every game, nor do I think that the team's problems were all Coach Walby's fault. I don't believe that the office staff were unhelpful or rude.
Now, any time I voiced an opinion on those topics, which are related to the team, my posts were not approved.
People would ask questions about times for events and locations, etc for things. I would answer those questions and again my posts aren't approved.
But then the leader would post her own message saying she'd heard that the time for said event was --- or that the new location was ---. I don't think that's right. And often the information wouldn't be relayed at all.
When I mentioned this to other people who also post on that site, they say there's weren't posted either.
I have a passionate belief in the importance of a freedom of speech (not a very fascist viewpoint). I also think it she's going to have a disclaimer saying to leave if you don't like your favourite players being discussed, she can't then censor everyone's ideas about those same players. And that's what she's doing. She's deciding which opinions her 'readers' can know exist. This is worse than us taking up some space trying to let off some of the steam from having our ideas stolen.
