You're right, it is happening and you're right to keep it front and centre. However, these people have proven time and time again that they don't actually care if we notice it – they don't care if we talk about it. They're going to keep doing it regardless. So, the only thing you have control over is whether you support it. I'm not accusing anyone of being complicit just for showing up, and I totally understand kids still want to dance.

If we want real change, we need a massive cultural shift, and I don't have answers on how to make that happen. But if you're really morally opposed to how these judges operate, the best thing you can do is not show up to major competitions – at least for now.
