We know that Americans value the individual freedom, equality of opportunity and material wearth.
Here, in Brazil I can not say if these values are so appreciated.
I guess, Brazilians value the joy of living and mainly the balance between the personal life and the professional life.
To my mind, if we make a value comparison, the Equality of Opportunity is the "Brazilian dream". Everybody want to have good opportunities but in the pratical one, actually it is just a dream, a goal. There are much inaquality in our country.
A lot of people talking about freedom, individual freedom and even if we still see many adults who depend of the parents to live well, I get the impression if this thought is being changed and much young search its independence earlier.
