Some corrections: instead of "mais quando chove" is correct to use "mas quando chove", it's an opposition, so use "mas", "mais" we use frequently as an adverb, for example: "A cidade está mais cheia hoje". Another thing is about the spelling: the correct is "úmida", without h.
Finally, the last sentence, the correct is "Aqui não há terremotos", to mean that there's no earthquake there.
