Sorry because l couldn't reply your message before...

Here in Brazil we have something similar and it could be translated into " one image says more than a thousand of words" (uma imagem vale mais que mil palavras) the meaning of this is that people actions sometimes ae better to "describe" something.

There is also this " dog that barks doesn't bite". (cão que ladra não morde)that has a closer meaning to the "provérbio" that you wrote.

The correction: 1-pessoas fazem dizer muito = pessoas que dizem fazer muito
2- mais eles = mas eles

3-mais eles palavras dizer um poqeno.= mas suas palavras dizem pouco.
