 When it comes to events going on around the area, are the only girls that won queen allowed to attend and represent the pageant or is Julianna allowed also.
I didn't know how that worked. She wanted to do some more stuff with the girls.

That is a good question and I wanted to post the answer so all the others could see. All the Miss North Carolina Sweetheart Queens (from the state pageant to all the prelims) are welcome to join any of the events, parades, etc. I hope that helps! {Hugs}
