Author: Darren isn't a city employee. If the CITY is paying 26k for a runoff, then I would really like to know. Unfortunately, I can't find those numbers anywhere...

When I had my run-off with Scott, Marvin stated that the run off election would cost 24,000. He's also stated that the city set aside 26,000 in case there was a run off this time.
