No one has ever said they wanted a large apartment complex in RO that I know of. That’s the people that live here to developers no one has ever expressed an interest in building that type of complex here that I know of. Now smaller mixed-use units would work and help RO grow and they look good! I think the best place for some mixed-use would be along the Blvd. Looks good and you get good tax money for the property. Also the folks living above will be spending money here so more tax revenue.
