The city has a sign ordinance, that sign ordinance is included in the council sign up package. Not all candidates got the changed section as Mr. Houk did. Now, was it an oversight, sad if so. All are deserving of a fair playing field.

Seems Mr. Houk has inside trader information from Administration, Mayor and Council. We deserve better.

        I've ran for council three times and the packet has always said city ordinance is two weeks before early voting is when signs can be put out, but who knows they may have changed the rules.
