Hello,

I have been asked several about the first post in this thread and no it is not me. I ALWAYS sign with my name.

The Don Pablo’s building is an interesting option.

As to the overhead eating us up? So you must know how much that building rents for, and what the other “overhead” cost are. I do not know what the rent is so I can not answer that.

But just looking around (at local buildings cost) I would bet it would fit in: counting the added seating we would get. But that is just a guess for right now, as no cost numbers are known.

Thanks,
Buck
