I suggest you do so, some parts are still okay, but you can tell its on its way to being washout. Their dumpster area was filled with trash not in the dumpster. Like in that one place they fought the developer, what roads would this 400 plus vehicles be parking or driving on? Yale already looks like a parking lot as well as some other places in RO that are clearly residential.
