Zallascht Sadat was officially crowned as Miss Afghanistan
2009 held in Hamburg, Germany where women of Afghan heritage
participated in the beauty pageant which was organized by
Afghan Models. Madina Taher, Miss Germany 2008 and have
competed in Miss Universe 2008 was one of the jurors.

Born in Kabul, Afghanistan on January 29, 1982, Zallascht
moved with her family to Germany at the age of 3. She
currently studies Business Management. She will be expected
to compete representing Afghanistan in Miss Earth 2009, Miss
Universe 2009 to be held in the Bahamas on August 30, and in
Miss World 2009 Pageant to be held in Johannesburg, South
Africa later this December.
