I'm a cheerleader at CA. I was on the team that busted our asses off to get 2nd in the world. We wanted it more than anything and did not let injuries get to us. The coaches didn't tell us to suck it up, rather our drive to do the best we could did. So before you start saying lies and that they don't care about us, join the team and see first hand what it's like to want something so incredibly bad that nothing will stop you. And also, you clearly do not know anything about Dallas. Everyone please stop talking about how we "paid" off the judges for that bid.. There were more teams attending NCA this year than in the past and they had extra money to offer another full paid.

All you parents do on this is talk about other team. You are all grown ups and stoop to this level, it's ridiculous. As a cheerleader, I do not have any rivalry with any other gym member nor gym. I cheer because it's what I love to do. You parents are creating unnecessary drama and conflict. And to read all of these comments about how CA is a lie and only wants to win and has "Nazi" coaches and all of that, really hurts. You have no idea how hard we worked to get where we did; 2nd in the world. It definitely was not just handed to us, we spent countless hours in the gym, running our routine about 5-10 times full-out a practice; conditioning for hours on end. We all had the drive to succeed and pushed ourselves like we have never pushed ourselves before. So until you all go through what my team did, you have absolutely no right to talk in a negative aspect about my gym or my team. You are all mothers to your children and supposed to be setting an example in sportsmanship to your children. How would they react if they saw what you guys say on here? Drop the drama, drop the negativity and stop talking about gyms until you know 100% exactly what is going on and what it is like when you walk into the doors.
