Hey buddies DAVID, RICK and Steve-- Kyle, Sean and Luke stayed over night at Joel's house last night after we had football practice, plus at practice we were told there we might be getting a phone call from Coach because our Friday night football game might be postphoned because the game field we will be playing at the away school might have a water problem and they might NOT be able to get it fixed Friday, so we might be playing on Saturday afternoon instead at another field for our game.
Later on we got the call and our game is going to be on Saturday and on another football field because all of area football fields on Friday in the area of course are being used and no field for our game to be played on Friday.
All four of us DID NOT get on the computer to check the forum website out to see what might be listed for messages by David or anyone else last night.
We got on the computer this morning, everyone is here as we leave this message, and see that Rick has listed that THERE WILL BE NO PADDLING FOR DAVID, because of the controversey that was caused by him confessing and asking if he could take a paddling to square things away and if that would satisfy everyone or he could leave the forum to help make things right, that the matter not settled should come to an end if no further action is taken and David fessing up should satisfy everyone and he promises NEVER to make a big mistake and lie again to put the matter to a close.
Everyone knows WE ALL WANT DAVID TO STAY, but then the issue of the paddling matter was brought about and nothing really settled, but David wanted a voted and Steve went ahead and voted YES that David should be paddled.
That left it open to the rest of us to vote, which we never did, not that we didn't want to, I guess we kept putting it off because of us busy with school, football practices, studying for tests upcoming, etc. Then there is the last communication Joel did to David yesterday which he inquired about what he had in mind to take a paddling IF one was to take place.
This is the TRUTH NOW, all four of us, Joel, Kyle, Sean and Luke had a meeting last night, NOT getting on the computer to see if anything was listed, but we discussed the matter about David's wish to get a paddling to make things right, and our meeting was conducted like a court jury with the evidence presented that David had made a confession and should we accept that confession and allow him to get a paddling like he said he would take to make things more right.
This is ironic, after some soul-searching among us and taking in consideration the evidence, and the ONE VOTE BY STEVE-YES, DAVID SHOULD GET PADDLED, we four put it to a vote and decided- FOUR VOTES YES, THAT DAVID SHOULD GET PADDLED, in our vote last night.
We came up with some instructions, all with dignity and respect, about how maybe David's "sentence" should be carried out for the paddling to be given to him by his brother Rick, who had agreed to do it.
Whow, this posted message we are reading this morning sheds a whole different light on things, kinda glad in a way because no buddy wants to see another buddy get his butt paddled, unless he strongly feels he deserves it or wants to take responsiblity for mistake or action he didn't mean to do, but wants to set things right, which we voted for because we wanted David to be satisfied that he paid his "debt" to us for his misguided actions.
We all showed support for David the past weeks, never stopped, but we wanted to see how things would play out a little after seeing Steve's message and arguement that David wanted a vote taken and Steve was ONE VOTE FOR IT, but us other guys didn't get around or really push a vote until we had the time last night and wasn't expecting to check the forum to see if anything else was posted before or after our meeting last night. We said we would post our message and vote the next morning.
So WHOEVER made the decision to SAVE David's Butt for saying there would be NO PADDLING, I guess we four will abide by that decision, respectfuly.
We all four agreed and accepted the "sincere" apology by David for confessing, but we saw and heard from him, but didn't take action for a vote that he wanted buddies to do to give the OKAY for a paddling, which we took also for a "sincere wish" by David to satisfy him and really make him fit in as a member of the forum, along with his brother Rick, if the go ahead for a paddling would take place.
So should this matter be dropped then?
David, if you wish it to be-then us four buddies of yours will not want the matter of you taking a paddling to be pursued, and your butt will be safe.
Is that what you want David?
There should be no pressure in you giving a "yes" answer, to drop the matter.
If that comes to that, no problem. We four discussed that we had no doubt that you could or would be able to take a paddling without any problem and that it would really set matters to rest like you wanted to.
The thing that delayed in everyone "voicing" their opinion and to take a vote was agreed by everyone last night was, David we didn't know how many swats you thought you should get or really the matter you never brought it up as a suggestion, but Joel had mentioned last night that in his last message to you he brought that issue up and what your thoughts was on how you thought the paddling should be given, other then for sure everyone agreed that it should be given on your bare butt as that is what each of us has been getting when we get paddlings.

So David, ole buddy, IF YOU WANT US TO DROP THIS MATTER ALTOGETHER, WE WILL! We must hear from you!
But you got to promise NOT to leave the forum and keep being involved with your buddies, when you have time.

Also, any comments we want to hear from you Rick (and you must continue to be in the forum and be involved, which we know you have and will want to, when you have time) and of course, Steve, pleasue put in your comments, after all ITS YOUR FORUM and WE FOUR THINK IT'S AWESOME for you to have and allow everyone who wants to join and participate to do it.
So let's hear from everyone????????????????

P.S. FROM JOEL: David, you and I still need to "work" somethings out, and we got a good start in our last conversations we had, so you better keep contacting me, dude. And again, I aplogize for any HURT I've caused you, okay, big brother?
To Rick from Joel, Kyle, Sean and Luke: We hope this has not been upsetting to you or made us look like ASSES to you, wondering what kinda guys like us why'd you want to be in a forum with us. But Rick, you've come to know Joel (boy, you've come to know this character) and Kyle, more then you have Sean and Luke, but your doing okay with them. If any apology is needed to you, WE all Apologize, dude! Especially me, big brother!-Joel.

And to Steve, dude, IF WE HAVE CAUSED ANY YOU ANY PROBLEMS, and we've been thinking you maybe have torn some of your hair out or shook your head and wanted to write us off, (especially me, Steve, big brother-Joel), and we looked like ASSES to you, and sorry we clottered up the forum threads, etc., whatelse did we leave out, then we BEG FORGIVENESS! (especially me, Steve, Kyle can pound my butt when you give the word-Joel) and want to get on with this AWESOME FORUM...and you made the comment recently that there should NOT really be "brotherly love" with online buddies we don't know...We four know you guys enough, and THERE IS BROTHERLY LOVE FROM US TO YOU, even if you don't think there is from Joel, Kyle, Sean and Luke!
