Hey Joel

Sorry for the delay in responding as we just returned from our camping trip. Please read my message: Important annnouncement and respond. I've deleted a slew of posts. IF I don't hear from all you guys I will shut this board down.

Amy did not know about the bet until I returned home after the game and she got a look at my blistered butt. She thinks we're crazy, but she understands the bet so tahts cool. I was nursing a sore ass for several days during the camping trip. Jake doesn't use the strap on his boys (same ages as my boys) yet, so we did not want the boys to know about the bet and the strapping. Its as simple as that. Perhaps in a few years we may tell the boys. Yes I sure had flashbacks to the strapping from 17yos ago when Jake whipped my ass. And Jake was smiling as he tanned my butt, but can't fault him for that. Its his right since he won the bet.

I'll be short about the trip since its late, but the boys had a grat time and we tuaght them how to steer the boat. No mishaps, no real misbehavior so NO spankings on this trip. WE DID tell the boys what we did as teenagers and how Jake's dad whipped our bare butts, so i'm sure all the boys learned and maybe helped them undertsand that the same thing might happen to them IF they misbehaved. So they were good.
