Hey dude,
Spence & Corey & I hanging out some more over Spring Break. I would like my turn to answer your questions.

What I've experienced in school and witnessed, I would say bullying is because some kids parents don't dicipline them all of the time while growing up like they should or let them and will do so "next time" or /drinking by parents and kids seeing them doing it so they will too and not realize the consequences that will result in the kid getting exspelled from school or taken to a detention home or jailed!

I will admit I did come bad bullying of a student in 6th grade. I was losing "things" all of the time, and a couple of times I lost my lunch money. One of the times a teacher left sorry for me and gave me money to eat. Another time I realized I wouldn't be so lucky so, I bullied a kid into giving me lunch money by threaten them. I got the money, had lunch, but by the end of the day that kid turned me in, the principal gave me a really good, hard paddling and a note home.

You guessed what happened at home, my dad bared my ass and I swear he lifted a couple of layers of skin off my little ass. I usually got the paddle, but that time he took and gave it to me with his belt! After that my dad returned to punish me when he had to using his paddle and now I'm in high school gets off his belt for serious "matters" when he thinks the paddle won't work!
