Thanks for answering the questions I left for you, didn't realize it was such a long list and you had to wade through it for 3 hrs.

I'm typing this message while sitting on a pillow. I got paddled twice yesterday, once after school for a scuffle/fight with another student defending our baseball team and later on at home by my dad after returning from an away baseball game. Look for a separate post in the forum about this.

Sounds like you had a great birthday dinner, BBQ, which I love myself and glad your Mom was able to go. That was just before you went into the hospital. I pray she has come home now or will soon, especiall to be home for Mother's Day.

Big weekend for me, got our wooden bat tourney Sat., and for Mother's Day we are visiting my grandma & grandpa and taking them out to dinner!

If your mom's dad was critical of him not spanking you growing up you would think that she would have "pushed the issue" as sons' should always obey their mom! What suggestion do you think they might have made to how you should have gotten spanked, what with, bare butt, etc., any guesses?

Our school has strict guidelines for students to get paddled, and even the previous grades and Middle & Elementary Schools I attended did. They publish a handbook and give copies to students and parents so each knows what to expect. Over the years, I've never seen a parent complain to not have their kids spanked.

You mentioned that when your Mom could that she would pull down your pants to spank you, did you ever try to protest and beg "NO!" for it not to happen? I used to when I was little not to haveto take a bare butt spanking, but my request was never honored!

That's cool, you think you could have taken a paddling from your principal without too much trouble. Did your school have policy for number of swats that could be given for different rules broken you was aware of or do yo think your principal gave out what he thought was fair in certain amounts? Our school have a policy and principal pretty much sticks to it!

Was a consent permission on file from your parents if you were to get paddled at school or would the school call them first and then paddle you? Our school has on file for permission, but a note is sent home afterwards just the same.
Sorry to hear about your Brother in 2006. I hope I didn't bring up a bad memory when I asked if you had older/younger brothers.
No, I or none of my buddies on the baseball team, football team or basketball teams I've played on have used smokeless tobacco. It's against the rule, and you can be kicked off the teams if discovered or suspended for a short period of time, plus they do drug checks without warning to make sure players are not using drugs, substances, etc.

I don't like the smell of tobacco, my folks don't smoke and my dad would tan my butt so I couldn't sitdown for over a week if I ever used tobacco I've been told by him!

You think Joel bamboozled his dad into paddling him? I think it was a stroke or genius on his part for getting his dad to do it, of course since I came to know Joel this past year he has always been one I like to look up to for a role model, and I think he was brillant talking his dad into it!

I treasure a memory of he and I this past year where each of us got spanked by our dad's together and Joel and I each had to give each other a paddling.

When you got the 7th grade/birthday spanking in front of the class, what was the classes reaction, shocked, humorous thinking it was happening? Why did the teacher do it in front of the class, to make you more embarrassed, if you were, and after it was over with did you do some serious butt rubbing for the class to see or in private? Did any of the guys raz you after it happened, like when it came to shower time to comment about your red butt? Teacher f do this to other students in the class? I forgot, was this over the teachers knee? Do alot of kicking, squirming?

You got a paddling from your 7th hour Math teacher? What for, was this in front of the class, how many whacks, with a paddle, bent over what and did you folks find out later on at home about it?

Hope you don't get a cross-eyed look on your face for my asking these questions!
