Hey guys, you asked about how the proms went, and we discovered with the hectic week that led up to the prom and week followed with baseball games rained out, re-scheduled, etc., that we forgot to report how the proms went.

I almost didn't have a prom date with Holly. As you know we had a fight because of a remark I make to her saying, "You don't own me!" during a quarrel we had a few weeks earlier, and she wanted to punish me for the quarrel and remark I said, and would not give me a "yes" answer she would be my date. It took me up to the night before the prom, begging her, I guess some would say about me like "a fool" to ask her to be my date.

If I couldn't convince her to go with me I was either going to go to the two proms alone and "play the field" or find another date. When word got back to Holly that the ole Joel would seek another date and attend, well I guess it drove her nuts and Holly accepted me as her date.

I guess I have alot to still learn about girls, only been really dating for about a year. I guess I can say the wrong stupid thing, but I try to make it right and apologize to girls, even if I have to make a fool of myself, which Big Brother Kyle says I "do that perfect."

I like to think its my "cool" personality that attracts girls, and I've had a few repeatedly say I'm quite a nice looking guy, and some have commented one thing, that really drives Kyle nuts, which is some girls think I have "a cute looking little butt!

So whatever the reason, I did win Holly back for the proms, but since then she has been giving me the cold shoulder treatment.

Sean, Cody and Luke were nuts over their dates, "the farm girls" we have come to call and know them by. They know how to treat three cool looking dudes right and know how to show them a good time, and vise-verse for the guys to the girls who treat them right and show and give them a good time.

Wonder what Joel might be doing right?
