Reason that got me thinking about this POST is about the BACKBOARD.

My dad and I got a letter in the mail from the school I accidentally shattered the backboard at during the basketball game. The school insurance company is going to pay for it.

That's good news! I thought I might have to pay $$$$$ for it, besides my little butt have to pay for it by getting paddled.

I should take this letter and shove it in Kyle's face and say, "SEE HERE YOU #@@@%%%%% I don't have to pay for the backboard or get paddled like you said I would!"

How about passing the good news on to Rick?

How did I feel watching Kyle peel britches/bare ass on April 2 for his own anniversary?

I'll get my little butt kicked, if he sees this? IT WAS AWESOME! and "BETTER HIS ASS, THEN MINE, TO GET BARE AND WHIPPED!

As for Sean & Cody and me...it was my idea, NOT KYLE's for the three ass whippings he gave us. I thought it was a kind, loving, brotherly gesture and well...maybe we three were looking for an 'iching butt whipping for Kyle to lay stripes on our rears.' But, he deserved his BIG TIME! And, I'm wondering if, in the back of his mind, that he thought he for sure deserved it...but with all of the gestures, find ways to get back at me more now and unwelcomed comments by Kyle, if that barn whippin' really DID him good and wasn't long enough? I sure layed the red stripes on his jock butt and if I knew he was going to treat me like he has the last week I would have DOUBLED giving him candy cane stripes back on April 2. Think that would have settled the matter?

That is cool that your grandpa realizes that maybe he went to "hard" on your dad and brothers, but looking back then he thought he was doing the right thing. Did his dad discipline with a razor strap too or didn't he say? What were somethings earned your dad the "trip" to the garage and did grandpa make sure his boys got it bare butt?

You are lucky Big Brother, like you say that your dad never hauled your little ass out to a garage. As for my little ass in the barn, I should have hauled it out of there, but was scared at the time, wanted to please grandpa and let him discipline a little ass he thought "needed it" but really didn't. I still think back to that day off and on. It's in the past...

Glad you have a closer family now with both sets of grandparents and COOL they all will be back July 9!!!

It's not a stupid question, to ask yourself at age 24 if you old enough and mature enough to get married to Mollie. You are the one to know that, and from answer I see a YES to maturity and I'll add LOVE FOR MOLLIE, too.

Yeah, tell her if you get off track to "just kick your little ass"! Have you shown her that paddle and told her about your "paddling days?"

Thank you for the brotherly advice about "NOT unwrapping my family package until I know its right and I've found the right girl, etc."

I appreciate your caring to tell me this! It shows you are a good Big Brother. Sometimes guys like me get to doing things, and our heads might not be screwed on tight!

My dad has had this "talk" with me a number of times and I'll probably have some more "talks" to remind me from him. He's a loving dad! I praise God for letting me have a loving dad and mom. Some guys don't at school, and it scares me to think IF they might accidentally become parents soon someday. Even girls I see at school.

As for me and Holly or the girl at the resort, I don't know yet IF they are the right, ONE GIRL! I'll know when I know! And I WON'T let a girl "push me" into thinking different. As for right now, it great to enjoy any girl because before now I got too wrapped up in sports in past school years to think about them. Then all of a sudden...CLICK! Joel, somebody special of the opposite sex things your kinda cool and wants to give you some attention and they in return.

You remember the feeling, Big Brother?
