What upset me was that you were forced to drop yours and the other kid was not. Cody's situation was different. He knew in advance he was going to get paddled and deliberately padded his butt with the extra clothing. In your case, it was a situation where the altercation occurred after you changed into your baseball uniform and the extra padding you had on was part of the uniform. In other words, you did not deliberately pad your butt extra so that the sting of the paddle wouldn't hurt as much like Cody did.
