[Bill to Joel]. You are quite welcome, Joel. And it was my pleasure to offer encouragement to you even though it has only been a short time. Good luck in the playoffs next week.

[Bill to Kyle]. My pleasure, Kyle. I hope you won't be a stranger as you get ready for College. I told Joel that he should attribute that second paddling to the time the two of you were playing baseball at your house and a window got broken. You got your butt tanned and I would be surprised if your dad didn't think about tanning Joel's butt too. (Joel is lucky I'm not his dad. I would have given your dad the go-ahead to whip Joel too for that.)

Yes, I am a Cardinals fan and I am hoping for a sweep this weekend as the Cards play the Chicago Cubs at Wrigley Field. That would make my weekend.

[Bill to Sean]. My pleasure, Sean. Yes, lots of memories. As you finish off the baseball season and graduate from high school, I am looking forward to June 19 when my high school class will have our 30-year reunion. I can't believe it has been that long. I am 48 but I still feel just as good today as I did when I was 18. I could probably take the field against you guys in the Fall when football practice starts and hold my own against the three of you. :D
