Luke, I agree with Steve's assessment. What you had done at McDonald's deserved a good ass paddling. Joel at least went to his dad to talk & clear the air, though he may now think that a mistake since he got his ass whupped too, but see no evidence you took responsibility until Joel's dad called your dad. Did you figure the jig was up when dad told you to get the 'attitude adjuster' & get in the car?

Other than the swat trades you dudes have done among yourselves, is this the first time your dad took your butt for a bare ass paddling in front of Joel or any of your friends? I think your dad should've turned your ass over to Joel's dad for the second paddling rather than to Joel.

Joel may have screwed up over the past month & maybe he deserved what his dad gave him & benefitted from it but no doubt about yours. How did you feel about what happened & say to Joel later when both dads left? Obviously, the first time you saw Joel's dad take the paddle to his butt---how did you feel watching (giving yourself) Joel as ass paddling for real for what mostly you did that Friday?
