It's Mr INSURANCE MAN Rick. This economy has not done the real estate market any good until a small lift recently. Glad folks started an insurance rather than real estate business.

Being gone Monday/Tuesday for the exam, dad was ready for us to be back at the office. Think he'd kick two guys butts if we tried taking time off to celebrate. Will a bit this weekend. Know this nice lady who's also a friend of Dave's girl & so Dave & I are doing a double date Saturday night. Nice dinner to celebrate & then let the evening present what it presents.
